Bildungspunks
I feel especially lucky to belong to an energy-filled online professional community and network. The “Bildungspunks” initiative was founded in March 2017 by six German-speaking women, currently living and working in education in Germany and Austria. They met on twitter and began actively exchanging ideas and resources via this social medium. They collaborated with each other behind the scenes of the German-language weekly twitter chat #edchatde. Since creating the hashtag #edupnx with the help of other like-minded educators on twitter, the Bildungspunks initiative has organised a collaborative monthly “parade” shared on twitter, centered around a common theme.
